We collect the data necessary to provide and improve our services:

• Account Information: Name, email, and authentication data managed via our third-party provider, Clerk.
• User-Provided Content: Website URLs for crawling, uploaded documents (e.g., PDFs), and rules you set for your AI.
• Conversation & Booking Data: Chat transcripts with visitors, and booking information processed through your integrated Calendly account.
• Visitor Technical Data: When a visitor interacts with a widget on your website, we collect their IP address, browser type, and device information for security, anti-abuse, and analytical purposes.
• Payment Data: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
• Cloud Integration Data (e.g., Google Drive): When you choose to connect a cloud storage provider such as Google Drive (via our integration partner Nango), we may access file metadata and the content of specific files that you explicitly select in the product (for example, PDFs, Google Docs, and DOC/DOCX files) so that your agents can use them as knowledge sources.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Operate, personalize, and improve the Qoris AI service.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Train our AI models (using anonymized, aggregated data only).

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We only share information with essential third-party service providers who are contractually obligated to protect it. These include:

• Clerk: For user authentication and account management.
• OpenAI: For processing language to power the AI chat functionality.
• Calendly: To facilitate automated appointment booking on your behalf.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Nango: To securely manage OAuth connections and integrations with third-party services such as Google Drive. Nango helps us obtain the necessary access tokens to list and access the specific cloud files you choose to connect.
• Google (Google Drive / Google APIs): When you connect your Google account, we use Google APIs to list and access only the files you explicitly select for use as knowledge in your agents. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google’s applicable policies (including any limited-use requirements) and is restricted to providing and improving the Qoris AI service, not for advertising or unrelated purposes.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, such as in response to a court order or subpoena.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS), restricted data access, and regular security reviews.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can disconnect cloud integrations such as Google Drive at any time, and you can delete individual knowledge items (including files imported from Google Drive) from your workspace. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data and all associated knowledge content (including data derived from connected cloud sources) subject to our legal obligations. 7. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, or to comply with our legal obligations. This includes content you upload directly and content that you choose to import from cloud integrations such as Google Drive (for example, the text extracted from your selected documents and the indexes/embeddings we build from that text). You can delete this content at any time from within the product, and when your account is deleted we remove your personal data and associated knowledge content from our active systems within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain certain information by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Qoris AI is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
